Once it’s been reshaped, our techs will use a filler as necessary to make the bumper smooth, and then use our computerized paint-matching system to return the bumper to its factory finish. A similar process is followed with small cracks, where an epoxy can be applied to repair the cracks so long as there is no underlying damage.

For large cracks or dents that have compromised the structural integrity of the crumple zones, a full bumper replacement is required. Sometimes it may not immediately be obvious that a full bumper replacement is necessary just from looking at the surface-level damage of the car. Unseen structural damage is common though and our certified techs have the knowledge and experience to know when a full replacement is required.
