We Assess the Damage and Talk to Your Insurance Company
Once we receive your vehicle, our certified technicians will perform a thorough inspection of it. We make sure to check both the area affected by your accident and the parts that weren’t, documenting every scratch, ding, and dent. Based on our inspection, we’ll write up an estimate and then walk you through the recommended repairs.
If there is damage that can be repaired that wasn’t part of the original accident, we’ll quote those separately and discuss if you would like to have those repairs performed at the same time. We’ll work with your insurance to get those repairs covered as much as possible, so you know your vehicle is in good hands.

When you arrive, we’ll ensure the repairs are to your satisfaction while also walking you through our written lifetime warranty. After that, you’re free to drive off in your fully repaired vehicle.
