Whoever your vehicle is insured with, RF Collision’s technicians can help you untangle your insurance policy. When your vehicle arrives at our shop, our adjusters will ask you for your insurance provider information, the insurance information of anyone else involved in the accident, and the location where your accident occured. If you have an accident report available, this is an excellent time to provide it.

We’ll then go over your insurance policy with you to determine if there’s any deductible that needs to be met and if your policy has rental reimbursement coverage. If you do and need a rental vehicle while yours is in the shop, we’ll work to secure you a loaner and ensure it’s covered by your insurance. Our on-site claims adjuster will then get to work assessing your vehicle’s damage and creating an estimate to provide your insurance company.

Once we’ve gotten the estimate sorted out and sent to your insurance for approval, we’ll let you know if your insurance is paying the shop directly or if they’ll send the money to you and let you handle the bill. After that, we’ll get to work on repairing your vehicle to its original factory finish. Your vehicle will be as good as new and back on the road in no time.
